In the mid 90’s, Deion Sanders was quite the thief. He was stealing bases in Major League baseball, picking off passes in the NFL, and robbed anybody who bought his “Prime Time” album blind. However, all was forgiven when Deion gave us something back. What he gave us was his Nike footwear. Perhaps the most notable pair, the Air Diamond Turf, acts as the gift that keeps on giving as it makes its return to stores this June.

This shoe will be released in its original White/Black/Sport Red/Metallic Gold colorway. Unlike the original run and 2004 retro, the tongue on this pair will read “Diamond Turf 2010.” The wait for these won’t be long, as they’re expected to turn up at retailers this June. Sole Collector will keep you posted on the exact day.

Here are some spy-shots of Michael’s private jet, colored up in a Tar Heels-inspired white and Carolina blue. The aircraft is noted with a N236MJ – 23 for his jersey number, 6 for his championships – and a Jumpman logo on the rear fin. What goes on inside Jordan’s private jet at 30,000 feet is anyone’s guess, but what we do know from a look at the outside is that Jordan travels in mid-air with style, both on and off the court.

So you thought you were pretty special when you got your iPad! Till you realised every man and his dog had pre-ordered theirs too, and the lack of Flash kept you heading back to your macbook time and time again, but you’ve got it now, and need to find the next way to show off your new gadget. Now here’s a reason to smile! The happiest shoes from CONVERSE, is not only enjoying the spotlight with a new feature campaign shot by The Selby, the it has also gotten a summer happy revamp. The new Jack Purcell is now read to set sail in an interesting navy/white sailcloth weave upper. The marine theme bodes quite well with the casual classics and creates an interesting pattern that is not jutting, and is quite preppy and sophisticated with a creative, contemporary twist. Get your fisherman’s hats out, and break out the khakis. Whether you plan to lounge dockside or simply bring a little bit of the aquatics into the city, there are quite perfect for the summer. Trust us, your shoes won’t be the only things smiling. via: SNS

Yes, time flies. It has been half a year since Gucci embarked on its temporary pop-up sneaker shop tour, Gucci Icon-Temporary, with DJ Mark Ronson. In this four-stop tour, Gucci Icon-Temporary had just made its third stop in London and opened with quite a music fiesta last week.

The new Gucci Icon-Temporary location opened on Earlham Street, Seven Dials, Covent Garden and the opening celebration was joined not just by award winning music producer/artist, Mark Ronson, who had also collaborated on designing limited edition Gucci-Ronson sneakers, but the star spangled event sported attendees such as socialite Poppy Delevigne, artist M.I.A., Lorahlee Astor, Tolula Adeyemi, George Lamb, Margo Stilley and more. After the opening hosted by Frida Giannini, creative director of Gucci, and Ronson, the party moved over to Ronnie Scotts, Soho, where over 400 guests were welcomed to the renowned jazz club. The after party hit several high notes with an ultra-sonic line-up of performances from Friendly Fires, The Misshapes, Seb Chew, uffie, Matthew Stone, Patrick Wolf, and even Duran Duran.

Check out the studded party and enjoy the recap of the third and second to last stop of the Gucci Icon-Temporary pop-up venture (with previous stops in New York City and Miami.) If you missed out on the London leg, fret not, just be sure to catch the next opening in Japan, due to open this summer in June.

Benny Gold gives us an official look inside his newly opened SF retail store. His thoughts:

It’s a bi-level Mission space that serves both as our graphic design studio (upstairs) and retail showroom on the bottom level. The very talented form3 built and designed it for us. They were great with helping us realize the space and made it fit in perfectly into such a classic building.
